Fluffy Buttermilk Pancakes


 
Makes about 12 Medium Pancakes

3 Cups Flour
3 Tablespoons White Sugar
3 Teaspoons Baking Powder
1 ½ Teaspoons Baking Soda
¾ Teaspoon Salt


3 ½ Cups Buttermilk
3 Eggs
1/3 Cup Butter, Melted

Splash of Vanilla

In a large bowl combine your dry ingredients and create a well in the middle. Pour in wet ingredients and fold together.
Do not over mix, lumps will keep your pancakes fluffy.

Ladle onto a lightly oiled pan on medium heat, and lightly brown on each side.

Serve with a dollop of butter, and your favourite syrup!

Extra Credit?

Try with Peanut Butter and Jam, Nutella, Honey, Whipped Cream and Berries or a sprinkle of Cinnamon and Sugar!
