Fluffy Buttermilk Pancakes

Makes about 12 Medium Pancakes

3 Cups Flour
3 Tablespoons White Sugar
3 Teaspoons Baking Powder
1 ½ Teaspoons Baking Soda
¾ Teaspoon Salt

3 ½ Cups Buttermilk
3 Eggs
1/3 Cup Butter, Melted

Splash of Vanilla

In a large bowl combine your dry ingredients and create a well in the middle. Pour in wet ingredients and fold together.
Do not over mix, lumps will keep your pancakes fluffy.

Ladle onto a lightly oiled pan on medium heat, and lightly brown on each side.

Serve with a dollop of butter, and your favourite syrup!

Extra Credit?

Try with Peanut Butter and Jam, Nutella, Honey, Whipped Cream and Berries or a sprinkle of Cinnamon and Sugar!

You Attract More Bee's With Honey and Bloglovin'

Today is the day we all say goodbye to Google Reader, I'm kind of sad about it actually!
So be sure to follow me on Bloglovin' or Facebook , or all of my links are in the sidebar.
I'm going to be posting more again, I really needed a break.
I'll be back with my usual nonsensical posts and photos of my day to day.
Miss you all!

Hello Spring

I've been MIA for almost a year.
I'm going to be back more often now.
Lots of new things to talk about and to create.
I'll be seeing you all soon.
