Yarn Wreath Tutorial - New On Etsy

So I have decided this holiday to do a tutorial for my yarn wreath.
This listing up in my Etsy Shop

For this listing you will be receiving a tutorial on how to create 3 very different Wreaths.
But not just 3 - each can be adapted to create something special that expresses your home decor and personality. Lots of tips, tricks, and different ideas!
Included is access to a private blog with instructions and lots of fun pictures to walk you through various steps and techniques. I love taking photo’s so there are lots! A PDF file is also available on the blog for the ability to take away this project!

The 3 Wreaths shown here will be broken down step by step from start to finish. Starting with a very festive holiday theme, all the way down to something you can make with various items from your craft scrap bin.

This tutorial is great for anyone looking to attempt the handmade feeling this holiday season. These wreaths can be a jumping off point for many other exciting creations using very different pieces of your own personal style far into the New Year!

If you need a special weekend project this holiday season hope on into my shop

Funniest Night EVER!!!

Sorry about the delay on the wreath tutorial. Tomorrow for sure :)

I just got back from seeing DANE COOK!
I have listened to him forever, like years and years. My friend Paul and I have been waiting for this day with baited breath.
He finally came and put on a show in Calgary.

*swoon* Lets have babies.
You were absolutely hilarous!

I hope your evening was lovely, and perhaps filled with hysterical laughter just like mine!

Happy Friday!!

I just wanted to post a quick picture of all 10 Photo Postcards that I just added into my Etsy Shop. They are also my give away item on LA's Blog Sponsor Giveaway!

Nerd Love, Train Love, Apple Of My Eye, Umbrella Love, Tee-pee Love, Robot Love, T.V Love, Apple Love, Owl Love and Star Love.

I'm a very sleepy girl! I was up until about 4:00am stitching some custom messenger bags! Then had to be at the office at 7:00. I need a Diet Coke! I will be posting pictures of them right after work <3

I'm Back, with a pretty quilt!

Holy, I can't even express how sick I have been! I hope everyone is feeling happy and healthy going into this next week :) I'm about 95% better, the lingering cough is pretty annoying but I'm getting there.

However now that I have been feeling better I have finally taken the time to use Rachel's Quilt Tutorial and use some of my vintage sheets, including my FAVORITE little girl pattern to make my first quilt for what I can only assume a gorgeous little girl! My friend is due in January and her shower is at the end of the month.

I also took a cue from Rachel's baby shower and made 3 cute onsies from the remaining fabric, and one of my little felt camera embelishments!

Each finished step on the quilt made be giddy, and I couldn't stop! It took me about 5 hours to complete and I'm really proud that it came out as cute as it did! Amazing tutorial!!

My favorite vintage fabric find EVER!!!

I hope this inspires you to grab the tutorial, and create your own quilt.

Sad Days!

I just wanted to make a quick little post just to let everyone know why I have been so MIA. I will absolutely answer all emails and comments as soon as I feel up to it, as I have a little bit more strength today.

Long story short, I have H1N1, but because I'm younger and healthy I'm able to fight off the virus as I was told by the doctors. I just have to stick it out. I have been into the hostpital once already and I just have to do as little as possible at this point.

I have lots of fun and crafty ideas floating around and I can't wait to be less contaminated so I can put some of them into action!

ps. My real computer also crashed about a week ago and I can't get it fixed i'm still trying to salvage some of my photo's and stuff this is a rough month so far....

I hope everyones November is going wonderful :)
I'll be back soon!
